Salimatou Diallo is a community-centered social impact consultant and nonprofit leader whose journey in social services began when she fled Guinea and rebuilt her life in the United States in 2018.
​
Drawing from the support she received during that transition, she now partners with organizations and leaders to design programs that uplift vulnerable families, expand access to resources, and center underrepresented voices. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is completing a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management at Arizona State University.

Alpha O. Diallo is the Managing Director of the Automobile Division at Groupe SCF, where he oversees strategic operations and international brand partnerships.
​
An alumnus of the NYU Stern School of Business with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Alpha brings deep expertise in financial compliance, organizational management, and cross-sector partnership development. His membership in the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and Alpha Phi Omega reflects a longstanding commitment to community accountability and professional excellence.

Dr. Thierno Diallo is a Senior Lecturer and Biostatistician at Western Sydney University, where he applies quantitative methods to social science challenges with a focus on poverty alleviation and equity research.
​
With more than 20 years of academic and research experience across Europe, Canada, and Australia, he brings deep expertise in structural equation modeling and machine learning to TVBC. His work at the intersection of data science and social impact ensures that TVBC's community-led research is grounded in rigorous, evidence-based methodology.

Meet our Advisory Board
The Founders Advisory Council is an elite body of subject matter experts who provide outside-in strategic oversight for The Voices Behind Changes. While the Board of Directors manages legal and fiduciary duties, the Council serves as the organization's Strategic Shield, ensuring that our work remains academically rigorous, politically influential, and ethically rooted as we scale our initial pilot phases: the Community Voices Initiative and beyond.

Sabrina Watkins, MBA, CPC
Focus: Revenue diversification, major gift cultivation, and foundation relations.

Dr. Janet Morrison-Lane, Ed.D
Focus: Government relations, public policy, and institutional partnerships.

Expertise: Navigating the DFW and Texas state policy landscape to ensure community data

Key Liaison: Works with the Founder to open doors at the municipal and state level.

Garrett Pearson
Focus: Organizational theory, financial reporting standards, and board ethics.
Expertise: Ensuring TVBC transitions from a founder-led startup to a sustainable,
institutional-grade nonprofit.
Key Liaison: Works closely with the Board Treasurer and Secretary to audit internal controls
and reporting transparency.
